Free Days:- The course has a duration of 4 weeks. Classes will be held from Monday through Saturday, with a full off day on Sundays and Thursdays or Saturdays being a half day (depending on the situation). On Sunday we go for a tour of some Himalayan caves and on Thursday afternoon we can visit ashrams, temples, and an herbal garden for a study tour.
