This short-term one-week residential Yoga Retreat for Beginners in Rishikesh India with Siddhant School of Yoga is based on the basic understanding of yoga and its right practice. The course subjects include Hatha Yoga, Yogic Purification, Basic Pranayama, some Traditional Mantra Chantings, basic Yoga Philosophy, some Relaxation techniques, and some basic Meditation methods.

The residential one-week yoga course for beginners helps you to handle your joint pain, weakness, stiffness, low energy, and some more physical health issues. It also handles your mental issues like depression, tension, anxiety, and more. This retreat also helps you to improve your breathing style, energy, metabolism, mental stability, and many more in your daily life.
