Your orientation starts at breakfast on Monday with your own Wellness Concierge. These next six days will be filled with mindful Yoga to improve your practice or answer the burning curiosities of what Yoga is all about. Our Instructors will guide you through your daily yoga practice, instructing in various styles of which you can choose from, plus a one on one session. Thevery skilled team will discuss your desires and goals leaving you feeling more determined and hungrier for more. You can immerse yourself as much or as little as you want, with a tailor-made package to suit your skill level.
In between spa treatments and relaxing pool time or you may select to take up one of our recommended off site activities to feed your adventurous side.
