Time for massages, leisure time, workshop in one day
5 p.m. - Yoga Flow
6:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Meditation
7:00 p.m. - Dinner at Moinho Calmo or outside
This Retreat is a private event and already fully booked. We are thrilled to welcome Larissa & Regula to the third year with her group.
During this yoga week you can simply BE and, in addition to the soothing yoga program, explore the wonderful nature, read a book in the sun, swim in the sea, enjoy good conversations with the other yogis, laugh, dance, sing or simply relax in the silence during a massage. You can consciously take yourself out of the whirlpool of everyday life, into the middle of the storm, so to speak, where things will calm down again and you will find your way back into the flow, where projects close to your heart and self-care naturally find space again.
Highlights:-
Look forward to a rich, homemade vegetarian brunch daily and two dinners together in the complex. Fruits and something sweet in the afternoon as well as tea and filtered water are available free of charge at any time.
