Our Mental Wellness Package
Our Mental Wellness Package recognises individual uniqueness and offers a personalised treatment plan that comprises:
One-to-one Consultation
Your journey will begin with a ‘one-to--one’ consultation with our Ayurvedic Physician (Vaidya ) who will assess your current health state, ascertain your unique constitution (dosha), identify your dosha imbalance and then create a personalised treatment program for the duration of your stay.
Daily Ayurvedic Treatments
Each package includes two Ayurvedic treatments a day. The main treatment is one hour long and is done in the first part of the day. The second treatment is done in the afternoon and is a 30-45 min procedure that complements the main therapy of the day.
Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork (Pranayama)
Our package includes three guided daily classes. Yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions are designed to support the Ayurvedic treatments and to release physical and mental tension. They are 45 min long and take place early morning, noon and early evening before the sunset.
Daily Doctor’s Counselling
Each package includes mental health discussions and spiritual and emotional counselling to support your healing journey.
Lifestyle Guidance Plan
You will receive a personalised Ayurvedic lifestyle plan to continue your healing journey after you leave. It comprises daily routines, self-care practices, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations suitable to you and your schedule.
Customised Ayurvedic Meal Plan (vegetarian)
Daily delicious and nutritious vegetarian meals tailored to your constitution (dosha). As part of the package, enjoy breakfast, morning tea, lunch, a light afternoon tea, and dinner.

Our ‘farm-to-table’ cuisine, cooked by Chefs trained and honed in Ayurvedic traditions, gently nourishes and heals both body and mind.
Our restaurant led by skilled Chefs provides you with freshly prepared vegetarian meals that are therapeutic, nutritious and curated as per your prescribed diet plan and meets your satiety levels too. Our cuisine is low fat, low salt and low cholesterol but rich in taste , designed to be easily digested, encourages a healthier way of eating and living. We use organic produce, vegetables and fruit often from our own plantations.
