This New Year’s Silent Retreat offers a beautiful opportunity to step into the new year consciously — with an open, awakened heart, held in the embrace of silence.
The first module (December 28 – January 2) focuses on understanding the mechanisms of meditation and awakening the heart — tapping into its depths to reach the soul.
Through profound lectures inspired by the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, Tantraloka, and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, we’ll explore the art of meditation — answering not only practical questions like how to meditate, how to concentrate, relax deeply, and establish a daily habit of meditation and yoga practice that supports inner stillness, but also delving into the metaphysical nature of consciousness itself.

Alongside the teachings, daily Hatha Yoga and meditation practices will help awaken the heart, strengthen focus, and prepare for the deeper meditation sessions of the second module (January 2 – 6).
Although the retreat is held in silence, it’s not about isolation. We’ll still connect through subtle interactive exercises, shared presence, and moments of gentle human warmth — even a few hugs. Each day also includes a written Q&A, allowing participants to express and have their questions answered mindfully.
