I would like to give you a little vacation and a relaxing break. You shouldn't miss anything: you can book a massage, relax in the healing bays of the Atlantic Ocean, read in peace or exchange ideas with the other yogis/yoginis. On top of that, there is optional yoga to work out and relax. My Vinyasa yoga classes in the morning are classic “Nadja Power classes”. So if you are not yet familiar with my classes or dynamic yoga, I recommend that you try out a powerful Vinyasa class beforehand so that you can feel comfortable during the retreat.

5 p.m. - Yoga Flow
6:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Meditation
