The schedule is for 5 days; 2 days of Muay Thai, 2 days of yoga, a relaxing day with a 2-hour massage, and a half day of cooking school.
Note: All schedules can be changed to fit needs. Also, Sundays can be used.

Full gym and large ring. 8 bags with varying weights and sizes for different levels plus water bag, uppercut posts, and a large range of training/exercise equipment for afters.
Everything is included apart from gloves, pads, and wraps which can be rented cheaply. Free water.
Enjoy an early start and get warmed up. You will experience shadowboxing in mirrors (footwork), bagwork (kicking, punching, kneeing, and elbowing), and padwork (kicking, punching, kneeing, and elbowing). Technique sparring (if able to participate).
