200H + 300H = 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa
This program combines 200 hours and 300 hours of yoga teacher training. In the first phase (200 hrs), you will learn about the beginner’s level of the Ashtanga primary series and Hatha Yoga. In additiPranayamayama, other meditation techniques, advanced series, and many more. Additionally, the program helps you become a certified yoga teacher with advanced yogic knowledge.
In the second phase (300 hrs), you will learn about the advanced practice of Asanas and yogic philosophy. Also, you will learn about the ancient science of Ayurveda. Additionally, you will learn about human anatomy, alignment and adjustment, and a unique teaching practicum.

To be an effective teacher on the mat, one must find the right fit for their practice and preference. From this place, teachers teach from their hearts and offer the tradition that resonates with them. Upon completing this training, the students will know and understand the differences in each method and learn proper sequencing, complimentary breathing techniques, and how to modify for common injuries/limitations.

A vegetarian meal promotes inner peace and is prepared with a mix of the best herb and spices to increase its nutrient value. The food is prepared from fresh ingredients under very hygienic conditions for the health and well-being of everyone. Breakfast at 09:00 AM: To start your day on a healthy note, you will be served healthy meals like porridge, sprouts, nuts, fruit salad, muesli with fruit salad and yogurt, bread toast with fruits, and coconut water with herbal tea. Lunch at 01:00 PM: You will be served an ayurvedic meal that includes rice with dal or lentils, cooked vegetables with Indian whole wheat bread or multigrain bread, with a green salad with different beans and yogurts, and it keeps changing everyday. Dinner at 07:30 PM: You will be served a light and nutritious dinner that combines a healthy ayurvedic meal with soup, raw salad or fruit salad, and cooked vegetables. Our food is prepared with fresh ingredients without any preservatives under strict supervision.
