At Trimurti Yoga we always believe that yoga is much more than just being able to bend on the yoga mat, it is a way of living a holistic and fuller life. Yoga is a tool to experience your own being and entails overall wellbeing including physical, mental, emotional and social dimensions. You may come alone or with a partner and find the perfect break to rebalance yourself in our quiet campus doing morning and evening asana practice along with meditation or theory class on yogic philosophy. The primary focus of this course is to help you go deeper in your ability to lead a vinyasa flow style yoga class besides Yin yoga & meditation class. Most of your time will be spent on learning how to sequence a vinyasa flow class and a yin yoga class along with the deeper understanding of the different techniques of meditation & how to use them for better understanding of the self.
7 am to 8:30 am Daily yoga practice (intermediate level) including meditation or pranayama
9:30 to 10:30 am Breakfast
1:00 to 2:00 pm Lunch
4:00 to 5:30 pm Daily yoga practice which will be a gentle flow class
7:00 to 8:00 pm Dinner

They conduct 100hrs Yoga Teacher Training (100hr YTT), 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training multi-style (200hr YTT), 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Vinyasa Flow (200hr YTT), 300hrs Yoga Teacher Training (300hr YTT), Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Trimurti Yoga is an RYS 200, RYS 300 and RPYS yoga alliance US certified school. They provide food and accommodation at the site for all their students.
