Welcome to our stress and burnout retreat, nestled within the serene Monte Japonica Farm. Here, we understand the pressures you've faced and invite you to join us in a transformative journey toward a more balanced and fulfilled life.
In our fast-paced world, we often feel the need to chase after the next achievement, neglecting the importance of our own well-being. The endless meetings, mounting responsibilities, and lack of work-life balance can make it hard to focus on what truly matters. But it's time to shift that focus and prioritize healing from stress and burnout.
On this short break from the hustle and bustle of modern life, we will start our mornings with an energizing morning practice featuring Breathwork, Yoga Asanas, and Meditation and learn more about mindfulness and stress-management in the afternoon.
We will also clear our energy and enjoy some beautiful Yoga Nidra and Meditation sessions.
You will always find enough time to explore the mountains on a hike, visit the beach for a surf session, or simply lounge and relax at the pool in between sessions.
