They are introduced to the many yoga asanas through internal awareness with purifications. Through lectures, students go deeper and look at Asanas. Seeing how they affect the mind and body, they study yoga therapy in controlling common diseases and the yoga philosophy in determining people’s temperaments. They begin to practice Yama and Niyama, working with meditation and using diet to achieve balance.

Style: Our teaching style is a creative, dynamic, and intelligent flow that can be easily adapted to different levels and tempos. Over 100 poses will be covered in-depth during the training, particularly anatomical sequencing and skilful assists. At the end of the training, you will be fully qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and its variations, such as Power Flow or Core Flow, and various levels of Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary classes. The training presents a unique opportunity for trainees as they will participate in the ongoing class schedule at two studios to take, observe, and assist in classes.

Lunch at 01:00 PM: You will be served an ayurvedic meal that includes rice with dal or lentils, cooked vegetables with Indian whole wheat bread or multigrain bread, with a green salad with different beans and yogurts, and it keeps changing everyday.
