It is firmly believed that yoga is not about mastering the asanas and postures, it is a journey for both the students and gurus. An individual evolves as he or she explores the deeper layers of yoga. The art and science of yoga is dedicated to creating a union between body, mind, and spirit. Its objective is to assist you in using the breath and body in a way to foster an awareness of yourselves as individualized beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation. This teacher training course is designed in accordance with the Yoga Alliance curriculum and students will be eligible to register themselves upon completion of the course.

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTTC) course is a multi-style yoga course program. It encompasses a comprehensive study of the Ashtanga primary series and hatha yoga. You will learn postures, mantras, mudras, meditation techniques, yoga kriyas, yoga methodology, anatomy and yoga history and philosophy.

The course is designed to lay a strong foundation for integrating these yogic spiritual practices into our modern life. The teacher program is laid out for any level of yoga from beginners to intermediate level. Also the advanced practitioner will be welcomed to upgrade and complete their practice. You will garner ancient wisdom and integrate this knowledge into contemporary ways of living. Our course suits the person seeking a new professional path or the person looking to deepen their own practice and avail of tools for maintaining their own health.

Food & Dining

The food is prepared by Aranya Yoga Ashram's in-house chef. They provide three delicious, healthy, and holistic vegetarian and vegan meals per day. The vegetables are fresh, locally sourced and partially organic with the cuisine incorporating elements of Ayurveda and yogic cooking.
Breakfast is usually light with lots of fresh fruits and different varieties of porridge served with honey and cinnamon, complemented by seasonal herbal teas. Lunch is a nutritional sattvic based meal mainly consisting of local rice, pulses, curries, fresh raw salads and fresh coconut chutney. Dinner is the daily highlight where soups, Indian dishes and international cuisine will be rotated throughout the course.

Aranya Yoga Ashram is a yoga school registered with Yoga Alliance. We hold 200-hour yoga teacher training courses for students from around the world. Upon completion of the course, our students will receive the Yoga Alliance certification.
We train in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga following the standard curriculum of yoga alliance. We teach traditional yoga as taught from time immemorial and handed down by guru-disciple lineage. The center is located in Bhagsu Nag, Himachal Pradesh in a quiet and charming setting with an all-around view of the Himalayas.

We offer an all inclusive fee structure comprehensive of the yoga teacher training course certification, the 1 month practical yoga training, accommodation and food. You just need to sign up and book your flight and we take care of the rest.
We offer small groups of up to 15 students per batch to ensure giving attention to each of our students for the correct yoga alignments, breathing exercises and theory part.

Aranya Yoga Ashram Bhagsu Nag is reachable by air from Delhi via gaggal airport ,20 km from Bhagsu Nag.
By train from delhi up to pathankot in punjab and then by bus for another 2,5 hours.or by bus directly from delhi in an overnight semi sleeeper bus.
