Yoga Teacher Training

100 hrs non residential hatha yoga teacher training is conducted by Banjaara Yoga Training Centre Dharamsala, India. This course is those that are looking to building a solid foundation of their yoga teacher career and gain the necessary knowledge & experience and incorporate Hatha Yoga & Hatha Flow to their classes.

Students of all levels can join this course. 100 hrs teacher training will include Yoga Lectures, Asana practices, meditation, relaxation techniques, pranayama, shatkriyas, mantra yoga, anatomy of hatha yoga and the methodology of teaching. To know more check the experience details section.

Daily Schedule

06:30 am - 07:00 am: Mantra Chanting, Pranayama, Kriya
07:00 am - 09:00 am: Asana Practice
09:00 am - 10:00 am: Breakfast
10:00 am - 13:00 pm: Program Session
Program sessions will include philosophy, yogic lifestyle, anatomy, art of studying, art of teaching, teaching methodology, techniques for postures and pranayama, adjustment and alignment and sequencing.
13:00 pm – 14:00 pm: Lunch Break
14:00 pm – 17:15 pm: Program Session
17:30 pm – 19:00 pm: Evening Asana Practice

This Hatha Yoga intensive program that provides a solid Yoga foundation for those who wish to gain the necessary knowledge and experience to progress on their Yogic journey.
Taught by Yoga teachers with years of experience in the field, this 2-week Yoga program gives insight into traditional  Yoga practices such as Asana (Yogic postures), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Mudras and Bandhas (Energy locks), Meditation and other important aspects of the practice of Yoga like yogic philosophy, history of Yoga, Adjustment and alignment workshops, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy of Hatha Yoga or principles of Ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine).

This beginners Yoga course for is suitable for those who want to deepen their knowledge and improve their level of practice, already Yoga teachers looking to incorporate Hatha Yoga & Hatha Flow to their classes and to those that for lack of time or other reasons can't complete the full 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training.

Founded 2015

Banjaara Yoga Dharamsala sits peacefully at the foot of the Himalayas, the highest mountain range in the world in the north of spiritual India, approximately 20 kilometers from Kangra Airport. Hidden away in a small village called Bhagsu, this retreat centre is located in between snow-capped mountains and lush green valleys, where the air is fresh and clean and the views are astonishing.

Dharamsala is a sacred place that has a natural attraction to lamas, yogis, travelers and soul seekers for decades already. In fact, it is the place where the Dalai Lama himself resides. Once you are there, taking in the gorgeous untouched surroundings, you know just why his holiness picked this place to settle down. The village of Bhagsu, where Banjaara Yoga is located, still has a community feel, making it the perfect place to attend a yoga teacher training.

Banjaara Yoga exclusively offers YTTC that are certified by Yoga Alliance so that students completing their courses can start their yoga careers straight away, anywhere in the world.

This dedicated yoga School has excellent yoga teachers with many years of experience. The school welcomes both beginning and advanced yoga practitioners to sign up for their courses. All students will be trained to become confident teachers with a great knowledge of yoga, yogic living and Ayurveda.
